So sad to hear about Dan. I spent two years teaching at Sutherland and taping Dan in sports and I probably had him In driver's education. Always remember a young man with lots of spirit and pretty darned funny. Prayers to his family

Karen and Family,
So sorry for your loss. It was a long well fought fight which in retorspect was a reflection on Dan's character a postivve attitude and don't give up. It was a pleasure working with Dan for several years at Treimers always a smile, laugh! He will be missed but not forgotten by those who knew him.

I babysat for Dan and his brothers almost every weekend and when Joe and Judy took some “adult” trips. It was fun watching them all grow up into kind and responsible young men. Dan was taken way too early. He’s now reacquainting himself with his mother, brother (David) and grandparents. I’m saddened for the pain he went through. Fly high, Dan!

Dan was an amazing man. We shared many memories in High School as well as being in the same Church family. Dan was always there for his friends. He will be truly missed. My prayers to his family. Patty (VanOverbeke) Ahlman.

Danny was a very good friend of our family. I remember so many times he came to visit and have dinner with us. I can still remember my dad telling Dan he could not catch a jack rabbit in our yard. Dan took off running in his Nike tennis shoes and caught that bugger. My Dad said " I have never seen anyone run so fast." They laughed " Dang Dan you little speedster. He was always had a smile for ya and would make you laugh. Cheers to you my friend, you will always have a place in my heart. May the Lord let you run like the wind and party till the sun comes up again. Ride all the boats on the waves and more. Sympathies to you all and his twin daughters and wife. Dawn Fuhrman
