Our sympathy to you the Dummett family as we knew Billy-the man behind the pipe-who always had a special smile and something nice to say whenever he saw you. Always liked the Spencer Fair and going thru the booth as he was the only seed salesman that would laugh & talk to everyone! Bless the memory of Bill.

Bill is truly one of a kind. I have many fond memories from our childhood. Some of my favorite however are the times Bill caught us and firmly corrected us (Bob) when we pushed the rules just a bit. Fun times growing up with the Dummett household and much to do with Bill. His laugh, jokes and ribbing will be missed but remembered long time from now. Blessings; Curt

Sending my deepest sympathy to my Dummett cousins on the loss of Bill. When I was a child growing up in Sanborn, he was known as "Verne's Billy" because there was another Bill Dummett on my Uncle Lester's side of the family. Bill was always such a joy to be around and he had a great sense of humor. He will be missed!
