Blayne was a great guy. So committed to education ad his family. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. My work with Blayne was on the Northwest Iowa Community College Board and the Iowa Association of Community College Trustees. In addition I worked with him while he was on the Board at Northwest Village. Most of our work occurred around searches for administrators to lead their institutions. I know that he was so deeply respected where he worked and served! A real hall mark of gentleman committed to caring for all!!! He was clearly one of my favorites--humble, caring and of the highest integrity!!
