We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Pete's family, he was always so friendly and always smiling, a long time acquaintance, may he rest in peace.
Melissa and Family, Thinking of you today, sending hugs and strength to you. Wishing we could have been there for you. So glad we got the opportunity to know him. Blessed be his memory.
I was surprised to hear of Pete's death. I first had the pleasure of knowing Pete when I hired him in 1998 as custodian for Northwest Iowa Community College. He was a joy to be with because he enjoyed people, which made him perfect for his job. I was surprised to find out, after I retired from NCC, to see him play at Rock The Roof at Arnolds Park. I didn't know until then that he played in a band. I would like to express my sincere sympathy to the family.
Uncle Pete will be missed. I would tell him I call him Uncle Pete because I always wanted a rich uncle. We'd share a good laugh and would take a jab or two at each other. He was a great personality, a fellow car guy and drummer too. Fly high, Uncle Pete!
Jolene, Melissa,&Matt So sorry for the loss of Pete. He put up such a brave fight. May God wrap his loving arms around you at this hard time. Take one day at a time. Roger & Nancy Rosenboom.
