I got to know Karen in the mid 1980’s and she was always so nice. For a few years I spent a lot of time in their home and never felt like I wasn’t welcome. She was always the peaceful calming voice even when Dick was mad about something, haha. I haven’t talked to her in a long time but have no doubt she will be sorely missed.
I worked at Baum-Harmon Hospital with Karen. I knew it was going to be a great shift if Karen was on duty. Work would get done but there would be lots of laughs too.

OH NO. I just received the news on Karen. I'm so sad. She and I were best of friends all through School and oh my did we ever have fun in High School along with our girls basketball and State Tournaments for Royal. It was just a few years ago Karen and I went out to see our Old coach (Bill Frieden) at the Milford care Center--by gosh he knew us or pretended to know but did talk about basketball. I'm so sad and so sorry to get this news. Sending my Love and Sympathy.
