We were so fortunate to have lived so close and spent so much time with grandma. Summers at the farm were magical for us kids, and so much of what made it special was because of grandma. Some memories that stand out are: helping her collect and wash the eggs and going to her cottage at the lakes. She supported us raising hundreds of cats at the farm over the years. She would drink afternoon tea with me and show me how to add milk and sugar. She let us use her good vacuum to clean our beloved playhouse. She found out all the breakfast cereals we kids loved and made sure she always had them. She would make us piles of homemade french fries, and she always had the best desserts on hand. So many things remind me of her on a daily basis, and I smile. We had such a wonderful grandma, and I am so grateful for her. Grandma, I love you so much, Chelsey

There are so many wonderful memories. My sisters and I were lucky to spend our childhood summers on the farm with grandma. In my youth, I remember her as such a hard worker. She was not one to sit and relax but she would sit for Tab and I to play hair salon with her. She loved having us comb and style her hair and didn't care that we left her with a wild hairdo. She always spoiled us with yummy treats, desserts, and fried bread dough! Over the past few years when I would stop by to visit, I would ask her, how are you doing? She would always say "I can't complain". Well Grandma, I can't complain either because I was blessed to have you in my life. I love you, Shandra
