Dear Lisa, I don't where to begin this. Your Mom and I had many long conversations over the years and she always helped me, I only hope I helped her too. We dissected each problem no matter how big or small and came up with a solution or at least a game plan. I will miss her terribly. Dear Family of Carol Rice, My prayers are with you as you lay your loved one to rest into the arms of Jesus. I can only imagine the loss and sadness you must feel at a time like this, but our faith looks beyond the grave to the time when we shall join our loved ones in heaven - - when nothing can separate us for the rest of eternity. I pray that God’s love and grace will sustain you through this difficult time. I always enjoyed visiting with Carol, either in person or on the phone. She had a special way of encouraging and uplifting everyone she encountered. She was a great lady, a good friend, and she blessed the lives of those she met.

Prayers for all of Carol's family and friends. She shared so much compassion and care with her community all through her life and was an inspiration in her service to others. Carol touched so many in her lifetime as she did our family in both her faith and her nursing profession. She will be remembered as a true advocate for kindness, which she gave freely through her smile and friendship. Our hearts feel a deep sadness and loss for all who knew her.

Carol and worked together at CVM and then again through the hospital. Our paths also crossed when my father in law went on hospice. She was a kind caring person with a quick wit about her. My sympathy to her family.

My sympathy to Carol’s family. I met Carol when she was my dad’s hospice nurse 11 years ago. I so appreciated the compassion she showed our family at a difficult time.
