A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Bill's life will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hartley Funeral Home. Burial will also take place on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Baker Township Cemetery near Melvin, IA.
